They signed me up for a membership of $39.95 without my consent and awareness. Called and asked what was going on. They seemed annoyed as to why I was even calling. Imposed that it was an optiona VIP membership (which I again informed her that I did not sign up for). As I continued to explaining that I wanted my money returned the customer service lady hanged up the phone on me. Called again and she did not know what excuse to give me.
Items almost always come in before delivery date. Love keep up with new trends and clothes are amazing

VIP IS THE WAY TO GO! My daughter LOVES FabKids shoes and always has a smile on her face feeling stylish and comfortable. Cute mixed with quality! I will always recommend FabKids to any of her friends parents everytime!

I ordered and then got tracking information which got it here when i needed it. It never came they kept changing the date I didn't get it for another week.
I enjoy shopping on fab kids for my daughter they have different style that matches her personality and she enjoys shopping at fab kids as well the prices are not expensive you will always get a discount

I have been a FabKids and Fabletics customer for such a long time. Their customer service is very helpful and courteous and I have never been disappointed with the service. I think that Fabkids has come a long way. The design team is always evolving and keeping up with trends. As my granddaughters are getting older and filling out, I don't want them wearing leggings all the time, though. I do love the jumpsuits and dresses.
Waste of money. You can get the same quality clothes for a fraction of the price elsewhere. You’re not really saving any money.
Wasn’t notified I was signed up for the VIP account, got charged $40 without making a purchase. They refused to refund the money back. Will not be using fabkids again.

Purchase was made easily; items were received in a reasonable amount of time; order status was provided until items were received, items were perfect for the 11 yr. Old ordered for, she absolutely loved her outfit.
I bought some clothes for my little girl, we have an upcoming trip in a week so I did the express shipping. I hope she enjoys her surprise mail????????
